气体灭火系统工程的施工问题

We have many years of industry experience and understand that gas fire extinguishing systems are relatively professional and pose certain risks during construction. (1)组合分配系统中联动控制系统接线错误,使启动装置、选择阀、防护区未形成应有的对应关系。如误将防护区一的联动启动线路接防护区二的启动装置上,导致防护区一发生火灾时灭火剂反而喷放到防护区二中,从而导致灭火失败。
(1) The wiring error of the linkage control system in the combined distribution system has not resulted in a proper correspondence between the starting device, selector valve, and protection zone. If the linkage starting line of protection zone 1 is mistakenly connected to the starting device of protection zone 2, the extinguishing agent will be sprayed into protection zone 2 instead when a fire occurs in protection zone 1, resulting in a failure to extinguish the fire.
(2)联动控制系统的联动关系设置不正确。如防护区内的空调系统在发生火情时不能联动停止工作,机械排烟设施在发生火情时反而联动启动。这样一方面会造成烟气不易聚集,使探测器无法及时探测火灾;另一方面在灭火剂喷放灭火时会造成灭火剂的流失,使防护区内灭火剂浓度无法达到灭火浓度,导致灭火失败。
(2) The linkage relationship setting of the linkage control system is incorrect. For example, the air conditioning system in the protection zone cannot be interlocked and stopped when a fire occurs, and the mechanical smoke exhaust facilities are interlocked and started when a fire occurs. On the one hand, it will make it difficult for smoke to gather, making it impossible for the detector to detect a fire in a timely manner; On the other hand, when the fire extinguishing agent is sprayed, it will cause the loss of fire extinguishing agent, making the concentration of fire extinguishing agent in the protection zone unable to reach the fire extinguishing concentration, leading to fire extinguishing failure.
(3)气体灭火防护区的开口无法在灭火剂喷放之前联动关闭,致使灭火剂流失,降低系统灭火效果。
(3) The opening of the gas fire protection zone cannot be closed before the extinguishing agent is discharged, resulting in the loss of extinguishing agent and reducing the fire extinguishing effectiveness of the system.
(4)无人值守的房间将灭火系统设置在手动工作状态,一旦此类防护区发生火情,就无法及时启动系统灭火。

(5)手动启动装置无防护措施,容易被人误操作,造成系统误喷。

(6)系统中设备管道未按规范要求进行接地,有可能在雷击或静电的作用下引起系统的误动作。

(7)防护区围护结构及门窗不满足耐火极限不宜低于0.5h,承受内压的允许压强不宜低于1200Pa的要求,或者未按照设计规范要求设置泄压口。火灾发生或灭火剂喷放时容易引起防护区围护结构及门窗破损,造成灭火剂流失,灭火失败。
(7) The enclosure structure and doors and windows of the protection zone do not meet the requirements that the fire resistance limit should not be less than 0.5h, and the allowable pressure to withstand internal pressure should not be less than 1200Pa, or the pressure relief port is not set in accordance with the design specifications. When a fire occurs or the extinguishing agent is sprayed, it is easy to cause damage to the enclosure structure and doors and windows of the protection area, resulting in the loss of the extinguishing agent and failure to extinguish the fire.

(8)系统安装完毕,投入运行时未将电磁阀或者瓶头阀处的限位装置拆除,造成火灾时,系统无法正常启动。

(9)系统安装时,安装人员随意改动灭火剂输送管道的位置,管路上增加弯头,使灭火剂输送的阻力增加,导致灭火剂无法在规范要求的喷放时间内喷放完毕,影响系统的灭火效果。
(9) During system installation, the installer randomly changes the position of the fire extinguishing agent delivery pipeline, adding elbows to the pipeline, which increases the resistance of the fire extinguishing agent delivery, resulting in the failure of the fire extinguishing agent to be discharged within the specified discharge time, affecting the fire extinguishing effect of the system.
(10)组合分配系统中启动气体单向阀的安装位置直接决定各个气体灭火防护区的灭火剂的喷放数量。施工时启动气体单向阀的位置安装有误会导致气体灭火防护区的实际灭火剂的喷放数量与灭火剂设计用量不同,从而可能导致防护区内灭火剂浓度过高或不足。
(10) The installation position of the starting gas one-way valve in the combined distribution system directly determines the amount of extinguishing agent sprayed in each gas fire protection zone. The incorrect installation of the gas one-way valve during construction may result in a difference between the actual amount of extinguishing agent sprayed in the gas fire protection zone and the designed amount of extinguishing agent, which may lead to a high or insufficient concentration of extinguishing agent in the protection zone.
(11)施工时未按照规范要求设置管道支吊架,为节省成本随意减少支吊架的数量,导致系统在喷放时管道震动。严重时会造成管网脱落。
(11) During construction, pipe supports and hangers were not installed in accordance with the requirements of the specification, and the number of supports and hangers was arbitrarily reduced to save costs, resulting in pipe vibration during the system spraying. In severe cases, it can cause the pipe network to fall off.
(12)储存装置在搬运过程中不注意保护,因碰撞原因有可能造成瓶头阀损坏,造成灭火剂的泄漏。严重的则可能导致瓶头阀打开,造成灭火剂释放,引发危险。
(12) Failure to protect the storage device during handling may result in damage to the bottle head valve and leakage of fire extinguishing agent due to collision. If it is serious, it may cause the bottle head valve to open, causing the release of fire extinguishing agent and causing danger.
