压力开关的选型指南

在实际应用中,寿命、可调查范围和灵敏度是选择一个佳压力或温度开关的关键。开关工作时间或循环动作次数及寿命是很重要的,振动、冲击、过程温度和超压都会降低传感器的寿命。除非有说明时真空启动不影响传感器的功能,高的电压会减小微动开关的寿命。冲击、振动等苛刻的环境条件也会影响压力开关的寿命。
In practical applications, life, investigable range and sensitivity are the keys to select a good pressure or temperature switch. The working time of the switch or the number of cycle actions and the service life are very important. Vibration, shock, process temperature and overpressure will reduce the service life of the sensor. Unless otherwise specified, vacuum starting will not affect the function of the sensor, and high voltage will reduce the life of the microswitch. Severe environmental conditions such as shock and vibration will also affect the service life of the pressure switch.
灵敏度是指能够能引起控制响应的输入小变化值,对于压力控制是指压力传感器能检测的小压力变化。所谓死区,就是指开关动作和复位的差值。温度控制的灵敏度关键的是响应速度。温度开关的死区受很多因素的影响(热平衡、传感器安装位置、温度梯度等)要视整个系统情况而定。
Sensitivity refers to the input small change value that can cause the control response. For pressure control, it refers to the small pressure change that can be detected by the pressure sensor. The so-called dead zone refers to the difference between switch action and reset. The key to the sensitivity of temperature control is the response speed. The dead zone of temperature switch is affected by many factors (heat balance, sensor installation position, temperature gradient, etc.), which depends on the whole system.

When selecting the range, the set point should be in the middle or near the middle of the range. To select a correct pressure switch model, first determine its withstand voltage. The value of pressure exceeding the range pressure will permanently damage the sensor and cause repetitive drift of the set point. Higher pressure will cause sensor damage. Install pressure damper or protector to prevent overpressure impact.
