3.4.8消防控制室内设备的布置应符合下列规定：

1设备面盘前的操作距离，单列布置时不应小于1.5m；双列布置时不应小于2m。

The operating distance in front of the equipment panel should not be less than 1.5m when arranged in a single row; When arranged in double rows, it should not be less than 2m.

2在值班人员经常工作的一面，设备面盘墙的距离不应小于3m。

On the side where the duty personnel frequently work, the distance between the equipment panel and the wall should not be less than 3m.

3设备面盘后的维修距离不宜小于1m。

The maintenance distance behind the 3 equipment panel should not be less than 1m.

4设备面盘的排列长度大于4m时，其两端应设置宽度不小于1m的通道。

When the arrangement length of the 4 equipment panels is greater than 4m, channels with a width of no less than 1m should be set at both ends.

5与建筑其他弱电系统合用的消防控制室内，消防设备应集中设置，并应与其他设备间有明显间隔。

6.1.3火灾报警控制器和消防联动控制器安装在墙上时，其主显示屏高度宜为1.5m～1.8m，其靠近门轴的侧面距墙不应小于0.5m，正面操作距离不应小于1.2m。

3.3.1火灾报警控制器、消防联动控制器、火灾显示盘、控制中心监控设备、家用火灾报警控制器、消防电话总机、可燃气体报警控制器、电气火灾监控设备、防火门监控器、消防设备电源监控器、消防控制室图形显示装置、传输设备、消防应急广播控制装置等控制与显示类设备的安装应符合下列规定：

3.3.1 The installation of control and display equipment such as fire alarm controllers, fire linkage controllers, fire display panels, control center monitoring equipment, household fire alarm controllers, fire telephone exchanges, combustible gas alarm controllers, electrical fire monitoring equipment, fire door monitors, fire equipment power monitors, fire control room graphic display devices, transmission equipment, and fire emergency broadcast control devices should comply with the following regulations:

1应安装牢固，不应倾斜；

2安装在轻质墙上时，应采取加固措施；

When installed on lightweight walls, reinforcement measures should be taken;

3落地安装时，其底边宜高出地（楼）面100mm～200mm。

When installing on the ground, the bottom edge should be 100mm~200mm higher than the ground (floor) surface.

应对措施：

Response measures:

1）设计人员应根据消防设备的布置规划与建筑设计充分沟通，预留足够的消防控制室面积；

1) Designers should fully communicate with the architectural design profession based on the layout plan of fire equipment, and reserve sufficient fire control room area;

2）应根据选用的产品按相关规范标准进行二次深化设计，做出详细、准确的消防控制室设备布置大样图，施工单位应严格按照设计图纸及规范施工。

2) The secondary deepening design should be carried out according to the selected products and relevant specifications and standards, and detailed and accurate equipment layout drawings for the fire control room should be made. The construction unit should strictly follow the design drawings and specifications for construction.
