气体灭火系统常见构件及其作用!

气体灭火系统一般由瓶组、选择阀、喷头、单向阀、集流管、连接管、安全泄放装置、驱动装置、检漏装置、信号反馈装置、低泄高封阀、管路管件等部件构成。下面川消小编为您展开解说下。

一、瓶组
1、 Bottle group
瓶组一般由容器、容器阀、安全泄放装置、虹吸管、取样口、检漏装置和充装介质等组成,用于储存灭火剂和控制灭火剂的释放。

二、选择阀
2、 Selector valve
选择阀用于组合分配系统,控制灭火剂经管网释放到预定防护区或保护对象,选择阀设置应与防护区一一对应。选择阀可分为活塞式、球阀式、气动启动型、电磁启动型、电爆启动型和组合启动型等类型。选择阀的位置应靠近储存容器且便于操作。
The selector valve is used for the combined distribution system to control the fire extinguishing agent to be released to the predetermined protection area or object through the pipe network. The setting of the selector valve shall correspond to the protection area one by one. The selector valve can be divided into piston type, ball valve type, pneumatic start type, electromagnetic start type, electric explosion start type and combined start type. The selector valve shall be located close to the storage container and easy to operate.
三、喷头
3、 Sprinkler head
喷头是用来控制灭火剂的流速和喷射方向的组件,是气体灭火系统的一个关键部件,喷头可分为全淹没灭火方式用喷头和局部应用灭火方式用喷头。局部应用灭火方式用喷头又分为架空型喷头和槽边型喷头。喷头的布置应满足喷放后气体灭火剂在防护区内均匀分布的要求。当保护对象属可燃液体时,喷头射流方向不应朝向液体表面。

四、单向阀
4、 Check valve
按安装在管路中的位置可分为灭火剂流通管路单向阀和驱动气体控制管路单向阀;按阀体内活动的密封部件型式可分为滑块型、球型和阀瓣型。灭火剂流通管路单向阀装于连接管与集流管之间,防止灭火剂从集流管向灭火剂瓶组返流。驱动气体控制管路单向阀装于启动管路上,用来控制气体流动方向,启动特定的阀门。

集流管是将多个灭火剂瓶组的灭火剂汇集一起,再分配到各防护区的汇流管路,,组合分配系统的集流管,应设安全泄压装置,下图13为集流管示意图。

六、连接管
6、 Connecting pipe
连接管可分为容器阀与集流管之间连接管和控制管路连接管,如图下所示在灭火剂瓶容器阀与集流管之间的管段为高压连接软管:

容器阀与集流管之间连接管按材料分为高压不锈钢连接管和高压橡胶连接管。输送气体灭火剂的管道应采用无缝钢管,管内外应进行防腐处理;管道安装在腐蚀性较大的环境里时,宜采用不锈钢管。输送启动气体的管道,宜采用铜管。

七、安全泄压装置

安全泄压装置可分为灭火剂瓶组安全泄压装置、驱动气体瓶组安全泄压装置和集流管安全泄压装置三种。安全泄放装置的动作压力应符合气体灭火系统的设计规定。

八、驱动装置

驱动装置用于驱动容器阀、选择阀使其动作,

十、信号反馈装置
10、 Signal feedback device
信号反馈装置是安装在灭火剂释放管路或选择阀上,将灭火剂释放的压力或流量信号转换为电信号,并反馈到控制中心的装置,如图下图所示。常见的是把压力信号转换为电信号的信号反馈装置,一般也称为压力开关。

低泄高封阀是为了防止驱动气体泄漏的累积而引起系统的误动作而在管路中设置的阀门,它安装在系统启动管路上,正常情况下处于开启状态,只有进口压力达到设定压力时才关闭,其主要作用是排除由于气源泄漏积聚在启动管路内的气体。
The low leakage and high sealing valve is a valve set in the pipeline to prevent the misoperation of the system caused by the accumulation of drive gas leakage. It is installed on the startup pipeline of the system and is normally open. It is closed only when the inlet pressure reaches the set pressure. Its main function is to eliminate the gas accumulated in the startup pipeline due to the gas source leakage.
