①灭火时,在可燃液体表面,泡沫隔离层的产生取决于两个方向相反过程的速度比:一个是可燃液体表面泡沫损伤的速度;另一个是泡沫的喷射强度。如果喷射泡沫的强度超过其损伤速度,泡沫隔离层将立即在表面生成。由于可燃液体被泡沫冷却,泡沫损伤速度也随着时间的增长而降低。同时,泡沫层厚度的增长速度也增加,泡沫在可燃液体表面的分散速度也加快。
