泡沫比例混合器安装在水泵上,与水泵相配用,根据配用泡沫喷射设备的泡沫混合液量的要求,按比例吸取泡沫液,并送水泵进水管中使之与水混合形成泡沫混合液的消防设备。

1、混合器由调节手柄、指示牌、调节阀、混合室及扩散管等构成。

4、混合器进口压力在0.6—1.4MPa范围内,吸取泡沫液量在某一挡中基本不变。而产生和喷射泡沫设备在不同压力下其混合液发生变化时,其混合比将发生变化。因此要适当调整和控制产生和喷射泡沫设备的压力,使其压力不能太高或太低,以便保证混合比在6~7%。
