2) For deluge alarm valve or pre action alarm valve installed in parallel with other alarm valves, check valve is not installed at the inlet of the water inlet pipe of the control chamber. 3）雨淋报警阀或预作用报警阀组的复位阀，在系统正常运行时设在常开状态，造成报警阀防复位功能失效，甚还会导致报警阀无法正常开启，无法供水灭火；

3) The reset valve of deluge alarm valve or pre action alarm valve group is set to the normally open state during the normal operation of the system, which causes the failure of the anti reset function of the alarm valve, and even causes the alarm valve to fail to open normally and cannot supply water for fire fighting;

4）预作用报警阀组配套的空压机组、空气维持装置安装不符合要求；

4) The installation of air compressor unit and air maintenance device matched with pre action alarm valve group did not meet the requirements;

5）安装在喷淋保护现场的报警阀组，未设置防护围栏和警示标志，容易被碰撞甚损坏；

6）报警阀组安装高度太低或太高，操作不方便；报警阀安装部位室内地面未设置排水设施；

8）报警阀进出口的控制阀采用普通涡轮蝶阀，且未设置锁定阀位的锁具；

9）自动喷水灭火系统设置2个及以上报警阀组，未采用环状供水管道；

10）环状供水管道上设置的控制阀采用普通涡轮蝶阀，且未设置锁定阀位的锁具。
