问题一：消防泵震动严重
Problem 1: The fire pump vibrates severely
1.消防泵与电机轴不同心？
1. The fire pump is not concentric with the motor shaft?
调正，对准消防泵与电机轴心。
Align the fire pump and motor shafts.
2.消防泵轴弯曲？
2. The fire pump shaft is bent?
拆下校直或换新的。
Remove the straightening or replace it with a new one.
3.叶轮不平衡？
3. Impeller is unbalanced?
拆下找平衡。
Remove for balancing.
问题二：消防泵抽不出液体
Problem 2: The fire pump cannot pump out liquid
1.压出管路太细，管路损失太大？
1. The pressed out pipeline is too thin, and the pipeline loss is too large?
换适合的压出管路。
Replace with a suitable press out pipe.
2.使用扬程超过了设计扬程？
2. Does the operating lift exceed the design lift?
重新选消防泵。
Reselect the fire pump.
3.吸入管或消防泵内没有排净气体？

检修吸入管路并排净气体。
Maintain the suction pipe and discharge the gas.
4.吸上高度超过允许范围？

按允许吸上高度重新安装消防泵。

5.输送热的、挥发性的介质？

降低吸程或采用倒灌按装。

纠正转向。

问题三：机械密封泄漏严重

1.固定螺钉松动，使弹簧失去作用？

2.弹簧压力不足？

5.轴套加工精度和光洁度不够，影响了动环的轴向移动？
