一、消防器材过期要换。
1、 Fire-fighting equipment shall be replaced after expiration.
消防器材内的干粉需要定期更换。如果常年不换，消防器材将失效。一般消防器材的年限从出厂日期算起，达到如下年限的一定要报废：手提式化学泡沫灭火器5年;手提式酸碱灭火器5年;手提式清水灭火器6年;手提式干粉灭火器(贮气瓶式)8年;手提贮压式干粉灭火器10年;手提式1211灭火器10年。

二、少每半个月检查一次消防器材。检查的项目有：

(1)消防栓、水枪、水带、消防水喉是否齐全完好，有无生锈、漏水，接口垫圈是否完整无缺。

(2)消防水泵在火警后5分钟内能否正常供水。

(5)定期检查消火栓的完好情况，注意有无土埋、漏水、打不开等情况，并随时排除故障。

(6)消火栓三米范围内不准堆物，不准堵塞消防通道。

三、灭火器的检查方法

(1)检查灭火器压力指数。灭火器压力表分三个区域：红色区域：表示灭火器内干粉压力较小，有无法喷出的可能或已经失效。绿色区域：表示压力正常，灭火器可以正常使用。黄色区域：表示灭火器内的压力过大，可以正常使用。但有爆破、爆炸的危险。
(1) Check the pressure index of the fire extinguisher. The pressure gauge of the fire extinguisher is divided into three areas: red area: it indicates that the dry powder pressure in the fire extinguisher is low, and there is a possibility that it cannot be sprayed or has failed. (2)检查灭火器瓶体有无生锈、破裂和红色油漆是否过淡。

(3)检查灭火器软管是否有破裂和喷嘴是否完好。

四、禁止挪用、丢失消防器材，改变消防器材摆放位置，严禁损坏消防设施、器材。
