回复：《关于督促单位落实灭火器配置和定期检查维护职责确保有效扑救初起火灾的通知》（公消[2000]423号）已不再适用，不需要年检，根据《灭火器维修》（GA95-2015）规定第4.1条要求，灭火器用户应当按照《建筑灭火器配置验收及检查规范》（GB50444-2008）的规定对在用灭火器进行定期检查，发现符合维修要求的灭火器应及时送生产企业维修部门或其授权的维修机构进行维修。

b)气瓶(筒体)被火烧过；

d)气瓶(筒体)外部涂层脱落面积大于气瓶(筒体）总面积的三分之一；

e)气瓶(筒体）外表面、联接部位、底座有腐蚀的凹坑；
e) Corrosion pits on the outer surface, connecting parts, and base of gas cylinders (cylinders);
f)气瓶(筒体)有锡焊、铜焊或补缀等修补痕迹；
f) The gas cylinder (body) has repair marks such as soldering, brazing, or patching;
g)气瓶（筒体）内部有锈屑或内表面有腐蚀的凹坑；

j)气瓶（筒体）水压试验不符合6.5.2的要求；

10.0.7灭火器应定期维护、维修和报废。灭火器报废后，应按照等效替代的原则更换。

7筒体有锡焊、铜焊或补缀等修补痕迹；
