消防栓也称为消火栓,是一种固定的消防设施,也是消防系统中非常重要的设备,分为室内和室外,地下,与地上,消防栓套装一般由消防箱、消防水带、水枪、接口、栓、卡子等组合而成。下面我们分为室内,与室外消防栓来为大家讲解消防栓的维护保养过程。01室内消火栓(1)消火栓外观检查:检查消火栓门关闭是否良好,锁、玻璃有无损坏,消火栓门封条是否完好;(2)随机对消火栓总数的百分之十测试,按消火栓报警按钮,消防中心应有正确的报警显示,检查箱内元件是否良好、有无脱落,消火栓内水龙头有无渗漏;(3)开消火栓门取出水带,仔细检查有无破损,如有应即修补或替换;检查有无发黑发霉,如有,应取出刷净、晾干;(4)将水带交换摺边或翻动一次;(5)检查水枪、水带接头连接是否方便牢固、有无缺损,如有,立即修复,然后擦净在消火栓内放好;(6)查接口垫圈是否完好无缺,替换阀上老化的皮垫,将阀杆上油;(7)检查修整全部支架,掉漆部位应重新补刷,同时油漆;(8)将消火栓箱内清扫干净,部件存放整齐后,锁上消火栓门,更换检查标签卡。(9)检查后在消防箱检查卡上签名,放置在消防箱内,并贴上公司统一印制的消防箱封条。02室外消火栓(1)用专用消火栓扳手打开室外消火栓,要求阀门启闭灵活,不漏水。(2)检查水流指示器动作灵敏度。(3)检查水流指示器接线端子,触点无松动、锈蚀。

Check whether the components inside the box are in good condition, whether they have fallen off, and whether the faucet inside the fire hydrant is leaking; (3) Open the fire hydrant door and remove the water hose, carefully inspect for any damage, and repair or replace it immediately if necessary; Check for blackening and mold growth. If so, remove it, brush it clean, and air dry it; (4) Swap the edges or flip the water hose once; (5) Check whether the connections of the water gun and hose are convenient and firm, and whether there are any defects. If there are, repair them immediately, then wipe them clean and place them in the fire hydrant; (6) Check if the interface gasket is intact, replace the aging gasket on the valve, and lubricate the valve stem; (7) Inspect and repair all brackets, repaint any areas with paint peeling, and apply paint at the same time; (8) Clean the fire hydrant box thoroughly, store the components neatly, lock the fire hydrant door, and replace the inspection label card. (9) After inspection, sign on the fire box inspection card, place it inside the fire box, and affix the fire box seal printed uniformly by the company. 02 Outdoor fire hydrant (1) Use a dedicated fire hydrant wrench to open the outdoor fire hydrant, requiring the valve to open and close flexibly and not leak water. (2) Check the sensitivity of the water flow indicator. (3) Check the wiring terminals of the water flow indicator, and ensure that the contacts are not loose or corroded.

七、消防水泵房(1)常见问题消防水泵房内设施、设备缺乏定期维护保养,消防管道锈蚀严重,导致阀门不能正常转动,管道漏水。(2)管理要求建筑产权单位、使用单位可以委托具备相应从业条件的消防技术服务机构定期对建筑消防设施进行维护保养和检测,确保消防设施器材完好有效,处于正常运行状态。

八、消防水泵房(1)常见问题消防水泵控制柜“关闭”消防电源,消防水泵控制按钮处于“手动”状态,控制柜缺少定期维护保养,柜体锈蚀严重。(2)管理要求消防水泵、防排烟风机、防火卷帘等消防用电设备的配电柜控制开关应当处于“自动”(接通)位置。控制柜应处于“自动”运行状态。

九、消防控制室(1)常见问题消防控制室与建筑其他部位之间未采取有效防火分隔,且消防控制室仅有一人值班。(2)管理要求附设在建筑内的消防控制室应采用耐火极限不低于2.00h的防火隔墙和1.50h的楼板与其他部位分隔。消防控制室开向建筑内的门应采用乙级防火门。消防控制室值班人员应持证上岗,每班不应少于2人。

02 Fan and fire damper 1. Disconnect the main power supply, hang a sign, and check if the motor grounding is good. 2. Secure loose screws and couplings in all parts. 3. Check the insulation resistance of the motor and examine the contact points of the main circuit. 4. Adjust the tightness of the belt, manually rotate the pulley, and observe whether the rotation is good. 5. Check and replace the gaskets and sealing fillers between each joint surface. 6. Clean the motor, air filter, and the interior of the casing. 7. Add lubricating oil to the rotating parts to ensure the flexibility and stability of the coupling and bearings. 8. Check the mechanical opening and closing actions of the regulating valve, as well as the opening and closing angle markings. 9. Manually start the machine to measure the three-phase current value, check the indicator light voltage and ammeter, and listen for the sound of each component of the fan during operation. 10. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the control boxes (including internal components) for each remote control point. 11. Check the correctness and reliability of manual remote control at each point for three consecutive shutdowns and startups. 12. Run continuously for 5-7 minutes to verify that the fan is running normally. 13. Check the electrical contacts and wiring terminals inside each control box. If there is any burning damage, remove them and polish them with sandpaper. Use a screwdriver to tighten each wiring terminal one by one, and ensure that the terminals are not loose. 14. Check the micro switch and internal wiring terminals of the smoke exhaust valve. The terminals are not loose and the micro switch is securely fixed. 15. Check the reset button, guide wheel, wire, and shaft of the remote control smoke exhaust valve. Use an oil pot to add oil to the guide wheel, wire, and shaft. The reset button should be controlled correctly and the smoke exhaust valve should open flexibly. 16. Check the louvers of each air outlet, and ensure that the position of the louvers is correct.
03应急照明及疏散指示灯1.每3个月进行一次备用电池亮灯(半个小时),使电池放电后再充电,延长电池寿命;2.检查出口指示灯玻璃面板有无划伤或破裂现象;3.出口指示灯电源指示灯是否亮,如不亮,应立即修理;4.检查出口指示灯安装是否牢固;5.针对检查中发现的缺陷取下来进行修复,再装回原位;6.灯箱外壳及面板擦抹干净。
03 Emergency lighting and evacuation indicator lights: 1. 04灭火器1.灭火器应设置在通风、干燥、清洁的地点,不得受到烈日的曝晒,不得接近热源或受剧烈振动。2.灭火器悬挂地点的环境温度为-10℃~55℃。3.灭火器设置地点应位置明显,便于取用,并且不影响安全疏散,推车式灭火器与其保护对象之间的通道应畅通无阻。4.对灭火器要经常进行检查,检查内容为:①喷筒是否畅通(如堵塞要及时疏通);②压力表指针是否在绿色(要检查原因,检查后要重新灌装);③零部件是否完整(有无松动、变形、锈蚀、损坏);④可见部位防腐层是否完好(轻度脱落要及时补好,明显腐蚀应送专业部门维修及进行耐压试验);⑤铅封是否完好(一经开放,必须按规定再行充装,并作密封试验,重新铅封)。5.按时进行定期检查、保养:每一季度检查一次喷嘴和喷射管有否堵塞、腐蚀损坏,刚性连接式喷筒是否能将其轴线回转,并可在任意位置停留,推车式灭火器的行车机构是否灵活,有否检验标志。检查完后在灭火器检查卡上签字。6.灭火器由消防部门认可的专业公司进行灌装。
04 Fire extinguisher 1. Fire extinguishers should be placed in ventilated, dry, and clean areas, and should not be exposed to direct sunlight, heat sources, or severe vibrations. The ambient temperature at the location where the fire extinguisher is hung is -10 ℃~55 ℃. 3. The location of the fire extinguisher should be clearly visible, easy to access, and not affect safe evacuation. The passage between the wheeled fire extinguisher and its protected object should be unobstructed. 4. Fire extinguishers should be checked regularly, including: ① whether the spray nozzle is unobstructed (if blocked, it should be cleared in a timely manner); ② Is the pressure gauge pointer in green? (Check the reason and refill after inspection); ③ Whether the components are complete (whether they are loose, deformed, corroded, or damaged); ④ Whether the visible anti-corrosion layer is intact (mild peeling should be repaired in a timely manner, obvious corrosion should be sent to a professional department for repair and pressure test); ⑤ Whether the lead seal is intact (once opened, it must be refilled according to regulations, and a sealing test must be conducted to reseal the lead seal). 5. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on time: Check the nozzle and spray pipe once a quarter for blockages, corrosion damage, whether the rigidly connected spray cylinder can rotate its axis and stay at any position, whether the driving mechanism of the pushcart fire extinguisher is flexible, and whether there are inspection marks. After inspection, sign on the fire extinguisher inspection card. 6. Fire extinguishers are filled by professional companies recognized by the fire department.
