Smoke exhaust fire dampers are installed on the pipes of mechanical smoke exhaust systems and are usually in an open state. When the smoke temperature in the smoke exhaust pipe reaches 280 ℃ during a fire, they close and can meet the requirements of smoke leakage and fire resistance integrity within a certain period of time, serving as a valve for smoke isolation and fire resistance. Smoke exhaust fire dampers are generally composed of valve bodies, blades, actuators, and temperature sensors. Smoke dampers are installed at the end of each branch pipe (smoke inlet) of mechanical smoke exhaust systems, and are usually in a closed state to meet the requirements of air leakage. In case of major disasters or when smoke exhaust is needed, they can be manually or electrically opened to function as smoke exhaust valves. Valves with decorative openings or those that have been decorated are called smoke exhaust outlets. Smoke exhaust valves are generally composed of valve bodies, blades, actuators, and other components.

  从定义可以看出,防火阀(FHF)均为70℃常开,排烟防火阀均为280℃常开,排烟阀(这里相当于排烟口)均为常闭。

  问题1:是否存在70℃常闭的防火阀?

  应该存在DFHF(B70℃),即70℃常闭电控防火阀,平时常闭,可以电控开启,手动、电动复位,70℃时熔断关闭,应用于平时不需要排风的气体消防房间(如做了空调的档案库)。

  问题2:是否存在280℃常闭的排烟防火阀?

  个人认为不存在280℃常闭的排烟防火阀,从定义中可以看出,排烟防火阀主要是排烟实用,280℃熔断关闭进行防火作用。既然排烟时需要使用,则做成常开的更可靠,可以避免常闭阀门在火灾发生时发生故障无法开启的情况。

From the definition, it can be seen that smoke exhaust fire dampers are mainly used for smoke exhaust and have a fireproof effect by melting and closing at 280 ℃.   问题4:70℃防火阀的应用场合有哪些?

  防火阀应用场合很多,在空调送回风干管,通风风机进出口,风井入口,管道穿越防火分区/变形缝/重要房间/机房/火灾危险性大的房间的隔墙或楼板,垂直风管与每层水平风管连接处。等很多场合都需要设置防火阀。

  Fire dampers are widely used in various applications, such as air conditioning return air ducts, ventilation fan inlets and outlets, air shaft inlets, pipelines passing through fire compartments/deformation joints/important rooms/machine rooms/walls or floors of rooms with high fire hazards, and vertical air ducts connecting to horizontal air ducts on each floor. Fire dampers need to be installed in many situations.

  问题5:对于没有空调机房的空调,如新风换气机,吸顶式空调器等,防火阀如何设置?

  此时,并不必须设置防火阀、在回风管上设置防火阀、送回风均设置防火阀。个人认为如果发生火灾,可由消防控制室直接关停空调,不需要设置防火阀。如果没有控制中心,可以在回风管道上设置防火阀并连锁空调主机,回风温度70℃时熔断关闭并关闭空调主机。在送风管道上设置防火阀起不到作用,因为风先通过回风管进入空调,在回风管上设置防火阀就可以满足要求。

  问题6:送回风主干管的防火阀是否要连锁空调主机?

  一般来说不需要。特别是如果回风,送风均安装防火阀之后,新风取风口就没有必要在安装防火阀了。并且一般取风口位于室外,且按照规范要求与排烟口保持10m以上的水平距离或3m以上的垂直距离(排烟口在上),一般烟气不会从新风口进入空调,所以一般不需要安装防火阀。

  Generally speaking, it is not necessary. Especially if fire dampers are installed for both return and supply air, there is no need to install fire dampers at the fresh air intake. And generally, the air intake is located outdoors and maintains a horizontal distance of at least 10 meters or a vertical distance of at least 3 meters from the exhaust outlet (with the exhaust outlet above) according to regulatory requirements. Generally, smoke will not enter the air conditioner from the new air intake, so it is not necessary to install a fire damper.

  问题8:空调风管连接到风井时,如果没有穿越防火分区,且风井仅带这一根风管,可以不用安装防火阀?

  空调风管连接至风井时,如果没有穿越防火分区,且风井带有二根或二根以上的风管(即多个系统公用风井),需要在风管连接风井处安装70℃常开防火阀,并且在防火阀后需设置止回阀。如果风管穿越防火分区,则一定要加防火阀。

  When the air conditioning duct is connected to the air shaft, if it does not pass through the fire compartment and the air shaft has two or more ducts (i.e. multiple system common air shafts), a 70 ℃ normally open fire damper needs to be installed at the connection of the duct to the air shaft, and a check valve needs to be installed after the fire damper. If the air duct passes through a fire compartment, a fire damper must be added.

  问题9:防火阀设置在哪一侧?

  防火阀应该设置在与空气流动方向相同的一侧,即如果是送风管,防火阀应该设置在还未穿墙的一侧。穿越变形缝两侧均应该设置防火阀。如果需要安装防火阀的一侧没有空间或者不便于安装时可以根据施工要求改到另一侧?

  对于风机房内的风机,出口直接开百叶通往室外,此处风机出口可以不设防火阀。如果安装70℃常开防火阀且连锁风机当然可以,但是此时若风机房着火且烧穿风管,此阀门才会作用,且风机出口直接经百叶通往室外,此阀门作用基本不大。如果风机出口的管道需要穿越重要房间/易着火房间/防火分区等位置之后才通往室外,则在风机房内排风风机出口侧也需要设置70℃防火阀。

  For the fans in the fan room, the outlet is directly connected to the outside through louvers, and there is no need to install fire dampers at the fan outlet. If the pipeline at the outlet of the fan needs to pass through important rooms/flammable rooms/fire compartments before reaching the outside, a 70 ℃ fire damper should also be installed on the outlet side of the exhaust fan in the fan room.

  问题11:该出口侧阀门是否需要与风机连锁?

  正常来说,该阀门与风机连锁更为保险,也就是在风机房发生火灾时,放置烟气蔓延到其他区域,可以连锁关停风机。对于风机房内的送风风机:在风机出口靠墙一侧(200mm以内)设置70℃常开防火阀,并连锁风机关闭。如果风机入口直接通往室外百叶,则风机入口不需要设置防火阀。如果风机入口的管道需要穿越重要房间/易着火房间/防火分区等位置之后才通往室外,则在风机房内送风风机入口侧也需要设置70℃防火阀,该阀门最好能连锁风机关闭(见问题10)。

If the pipeline at the inlet of the fan needs to pass through important rooms/fire prone rooms/fire zones before reaching the outside, a 70 ℃ fire damper should also be installed on the inlet side of the supply fan in the fan room. It is recommended that this valve can interlock the closure of the fan (see question 10).

  问题12:风机不在风机房内的情况下,风机进出口的防火阀如何设置?
