（1）故障原因分析：为了防止误操作，把控制阀设置在防护区外较高处不便于操作；设置位置合适时，其他人员误动作。

（1）故障原因分析：瓶组系统采用电磁启动阀作为分区控制阀时，电磁启动阀设有手动紧急启动装置，紧急情况时，将手动保险销拔出，拍击手动按钮，即可使启动阀动作，启动装置喷雾灭火。电磁启动阀检测合格后，动作机构的弹簧已处于压紧待发状态，为防止在安装、调试及运输过程中产生误动作，动作机构多由辅助保险销锁定，在系统投入使用后容易忘记拔出保险销，导致电磁启动阀动作机构无法动作。

(1) Failure cause analysis: when the bottle group system uses the electromagnetic starting valve as the divisional control valve, the electromagnetic starting valve is equipped with a manual emergency starting device. （2）故障处理：待系统安装调试完毕投入使用时，须将辅助保险销拔出，并将此项工作明确写入使用单位的系统运行管理操作、维护规程中。

(2) Fault handling: when the system is put into use after installation and commissioning, the auxiliary safety pin must be pulled out, and this work must be clearly written into the system operation management operation and maintenance procedures of the user.

3.电动阀不动作

（1）故障原因分析：电源接线接触不良；超出电源电压允许范围；阀芯内混入杂质卡死；电动装置烧毁或短路。
