（1）故障原因分析：泵组测试阀未关闭；泵组进线电源反相；高压泵损坏；使用流量超出额定值。

3.泵组不启动

（1）故障原因分析：高压泵接触器未闭合；泵组停止触点断开；LOGO！未执行程序；电源未接通；断水水位保护。

(1) Fault cause analysis: high pressure pump contactor is not closed; The stop contact of the pump unit is disconnected; LOGO！ The procedure is not executed; The power supply is not connected; Water cut-off level protection.

（2）故障处理：闭合接触器；闭合泵组停止触点；检修LOGO！必要时更换；接通电源；恢复调节水箱水位。

(2) Fault handling: close the contactor; Close the stop contact of the pump unit; Maintenance LOGO! Replace if necessary; Power on; Restore the water level of the regulating water tank.

4.稳压泵频繁启动

4. The stabilized pressure pump starts frequently

（1）故障原因分析：管道有渗漏；泄压阀密封不好；测试阀未关紧；单向阀密封垫上粘连杂质。

(1) Fault cause analysis: the pipeline has leakage; Poor sealing of safety relief valve; The test valve is not closed tightly; Impurities are adhered on the sealing gasket of one-way valve.

（2）故障处理：管道渗漏点补漏；检修泄压阀；完全关闭测试阀；清洗单向阀并清洁水箱及管道。

(2) Fault treatment: repair the leakage point of the pipeline; Overhaul the safety relief valve; Completely close the test valve; Clean the check valve and water tank and pipeline.

5.稳压泵规定时间内不能恢复压力

（1）故障原因分析：管道内残存空气；管道有渗漏；高压球阀渗漏；稳压泵出口压力低；稳压泵损坏。
